Appraisal Ordering

For HVCC compliant appraisals, CMG Financial requires that you use Gotappraisals.com. If you have not done so, just follow the link to create an account. Once you have an account with them , you can easily order appraisals as well as check for status on existing orders.

If you do have an account:

Click the button below, click 'Order an Appraisal' and simply enter your Login & Password to get to the appraisal order screen.

If you do not have an account:

1. Go to www.gotappraisals.com
2. Click 'Order an Appraisal'
3. Scroll down to 'CREATE an account'
1. Fill in the basic info about you and your company
2. Click 'next' in the lower right hand corner
3. Fill in all the information for the appraisal (fields with red asterisks must have data, along with 'ordered by (thats you), 'Lender Case Number' (the CMG loan number)
4. Add any additional comments in the space provided
5. Click 'next' in the lower right had corner The 'Thank You' page will appear, and you now have completed the order process
