Requesting DO Sponsorship with CMG Mortgage

(if you already have a Fannie Mae account)

• Go to  https://apps.efanniemae.com/OriginatorAdmin 
• Sign in with your Fannie Mae user ID and password.
• Click on the "C" under "Index of Sponsoring Lenders"
• Find CMG Mortgage from the list, check the box to the left, and also check the "yes" box to the right and fill in the Account Executive.
• Click "Continue" and finish the process

• Fill out the form as needed.
